In 2005 Banarra undertook its first client survey.

We included the results of the 2006 client survey in our first sustainability report and have done so for each subsequent report.  We also include the results of our annual employee survey in each report.

These reports provide a broader account of our sustainability performance. Considering our core business is about encouraging and helping others account for their sustainability performance in an honest and open way, we believe we should 'walk the talk'. We welcome feedback from our stakeholders.
